Our Mind in Motion
Our Mind in Motion's journey began in 2017 in Berlin with yoga classes that combined Iyengar & Hatha Yoga and Pranayama.
The motivation for providing these classes was to offer yoga classes in which the participant's individual needs and abilities formed the basis of every single yoga class.
Over time, demand grew for small group and one-on-one yoga sessions, which provided clients with a customized yoga experience tailored exclusively to them.
Through these classes, it became evident to us that we would like to meet our client's needs with a more holistic approach. Therefore, we now also offer meditation, coaching and conflict mediation in addition to our yoga classes.
The team of Our Mind in Motion provides services both online and/or in person at our current place of residence in the UK. Sessions are offered in German and in English.
