Some people don’t feel comfortable practising yoga in bigger groups. Others have more specific requests and personal needs that they don’t see covered in a yoga group setting. Sometimes people look for an opportunity to take some time for themselves to explore ways to work with their bodies. Some people have certain physical and emotional conditions that they would like to work on more specifically.
There are many potential reasons why one might be interested in booking a more personal one-on-one yoga session.
Since each human body is unique in its shape, movement, and abilities, I believe that an individually-tailored program can be of the greatest benefit for each person’s yoga journey.
If you choose to book an individual session, we will start by making an assessment, to find out what you are looking for and what could support you to feel more comfortable in your body and mind.
Each One-on-One Yoga session will be a mixture of different yoga techniques, meditation, breathing exercises and coaching techniques.
